A shower to wash off the sand! There is a box in the shower outside and the key is inside the property. Then close the valve and replace the lock.
A long shower will certainly trip the circuit breaker! Turn off the shower until your next shower. 110v!
The sewage system unfortunately does not have a structure for flushing paper, use the trash can. The city thanks you!
This property will be your home for a few days, treat it as if it were yours! Example: Do not apply oil to your body and lie on the white sheet. If there is a problem (menstrual cycle) with the sheet, just contact Adriana and it will be resolved.
All types of commerce around the property! Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant, hospital...
Any and all problems with the property can and should be communicated with Adriana! If the cleaning is not to your liking, it will be redone. This directly impacts evaluations.
Our water supply is provided by the company Prolagos, the pump will be turned on twice a day by our collaborator Sylvinha. If an interruption occurs, contact Adriana! Each faucet has an upgraded activated carbon filter. Under no circumstances turn on the pump or tamper with the valves.
All rubbish must be deposited in city hall bins, which are collected daily. There is one in front of the property on the other side of the street, or when going to the beach, deposit your bags in one of them! When checking out, remove all trash from the property! (RULE!)
The water level must not rise above the valve! Do not open the coffee maker by the handle!

This property has a parking space, cars such as trucks and similar cannot be maneuvered. If you come with more than one vehicle, we have partners with paid parking near the property. Shared garage, all guests are from Booking, Vrbo or Airbnb, easy interactivity. It may happen that your car is in front of or behind another vehicle, so we ask that you place a note on the windshield with your contact details: cell phone, name and property you are occupying. You will find paper and a pen on the wall to do so. If you take a long boat trip (4/5 hours) or go to Praia do Forno, we advise you to contact the car in front of you, so that it can change places, so that no one is inconvenienced. Each property is entitled to only one space!
